Revader Security manufactured and supplied a fleet of over 50 mobile CCTV towers to a major nationwide security contractor, primarily used for construction site security.

The customer is a leading provider of construction site security, manned guarding, fire management and facilities management services. To expand their capabilities, they required a scalable and cost-effective surveillance solution, towable by a standard car, that could integrate seamlessly into their existing portfolio while operating reliably across demanding and varied site environments.

Delivered in phases over a period of several months, the rollout of over 50 rapid deployment CCTV towers enabled the contractor to scale deployment in line with client demand, strengthening nationwide coverage and broadening their service offering.

Revader supplied a bespoke fleet of chassis-only CCTV tower bases complete with extendable masts. Designed for strength and harsh environments, the towers allow the contractor to install their own cameras and ancillary equipment, retaining full control over system specification, configuration and monitoring. Surveillance operations are managed entirely by the customer, ensuring alignment with established procedures and service standards.

The addition of mobile CCTV towers has significantly expanded the contractor’s operational capability. Rapid installation on active construction sites provides immediate visual deterrence and elevated site oversight without the delays or costs associated with permanent infrastructure. As projects progress, the towers can be repositioned quickly, making them particularly valuable for large-scale or phased developments.

Commercially, the solution delivers clear advantages. High-visibility surveillance reduces the need for additional on-site personnel, helping to manage labour costs while maintaining strong site protection - particularly during out-of-hours periods or on sites where full-time guarding may not be viable.
