- Our 2 year return-to-base warranty includes the repair and return of any faulty equipment, providing it has been regularly serviced; batteries have been operated according to our usage instructions; and that products have not been modified or reconfigured without authorisation.
- 2-year warranty also includes replacement parts supplied to authorised and qualified trade customers who wish to undertake their own repairs to our instructions.
- Allow our remote support engineers to directly connect to your equipment for diagnostic purposes (web-enabled devices only).
- Complimentary SIM-card installation service for 3G/4G-enabled units, which includes a silica gel replacement and an IP environmental verification check to avoid water ingress.
